I learned about Essentrics® in 2016, ordered the "Aging Backwards" book and a workout DVD, and from that time on knew I wanted to teach this program.
April 2020 I started doing Essentrics® everyday for two months. The positive changes in my body were evident quickly so I ordered the teaching training materials June 1, 2020.
I have been an AFAA Group Exercise certified instructor since 2001, a ACSM certified Personal trainer since 2007 and on January 26, 2021 received my Level 1 Essentrics® certification.
